About the Role
This is a full-time position within a fast-paced and collaborative account management team, based in Melbourne. You'll play a key role in managing major retail fashion and athleisure clients, with a focus on ensuring seamless delivery of marketing campaigns and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day client communications and relationships with leading retail brands
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, from creative briefing through to production, installation, and reporting
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget
  • Attend and contribute to regular client meetings and briefings
  • Provide proactive solutions and resolve issues to maintain a high level of client satisfaction
  • Ensure all campaigns meet agreed timelines, visual standards, and compliance requirements
  • Monitor project progress and troubleshoot any delays or production issues
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in account management or business relationship management, ideally within a retail or creative services environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of retail marketing, print campaigns, temporary display systems, or visual merchandising
  • Background in creative design or an eye for detail in campaign execution is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as contribute to a team
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a similar client-facing role
  • Must have full working rights in Australia.
