They are a highly respected source of data, collated through in depth annual research programs which collate information to drive key business decisions.

About the Role
The Assistant Program manager will support the delivery of large-scale research programs, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll spend a large amount of time in Excel analysing survey data and tracking progress. The workload is varied and fast-paced, shifting depending on which stage the program is in, from launch preparation to reporting. You'll be in direct contact with survey participants ensuring any queries or concerns are answered, so the role is both analytical and relationships driven.

About You

To be successful in this role you must love working with data but also be a people-person with the ability to build strong relationships. You must have a problem solving mindset, ask smart questions and strive to understand the big picture. You must be an advanced Excel user and able to pick up other systems and processes quickly. You must be able to pivot to manage different priorities, and you must be flexible to meet deadlines and participate in occasional global calls. You're also someone who’s open to feedback and eager to improve your own work as well as business processes. You’re comfortable working at pace, managing your time independently and keeping things moving even during the busiest periods.
