Operating out of a state-of-the-art facility on the Gold Coast, AlphaFit supports a wide range of clients, from elite sporting teams (NRL, AFL, Soccer) to commercial gym franchises and high-performance training centres. With a growing consumer presence, they’re expanding their marketing team to help take the brand to the next level across both B2B and B2C channels.
 
The Opportunity
This newly created Brand Manager (Paid Media) role has been designed to sharpen AlphaFit’s digital presence and drive performance across email marketing (EDM) and paid media campaigns. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will suit someone hands-on, creative and data-driven, ready to own the execution and strategy of digital initiatives while contributing to broader brand-building activities.
 
You’ll work alongside a highly collaborative marketing team including social media, design, and content specialists, and play a pivotal role in bringing the AlphaFit brand to life through targeted campaigns that convert.
 
Key Focus Area:
 
EDM Strategy & Execution
  • Lead the development, scheduling and optimisation of all email marketing (Klaviyo)
  • Create and manage automation flows (welcome, product-specific, retargeting)
  • Write compelling campaign copy and collaborate with the in-house design team
  • Track performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion) and implement data-led improvements
 
Paid Media Campaigns
  • Plan and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Manage targeting, creative briefing, budgets, and reporting
  • Use data and testing frameworks to continuously improve ROI and ad effectiveness
 
Website & Digital Execution
  • Support content updates, UX improvements and basic CRO (conversion rate optimisation)
  • Coordinate with developers/SEO agencies where required
  • Report on web traffic, behaviour and campaign performance to guide decisions
 
Brand & Activation Support
  • Assist in planning and delivery of brand activations, events and sponsorships
  • Work with influencers and ambassadors to increase reach and brand trust
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints
 
Candidate Snapshot
We’re looking for someone with:
  •  2–5 years’ experience in a digital, brand or campaign-focused marketing role
  •  Solid hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar) and Meta Ads Manager
  •  Strong copywriting skills - particularly for email and paid content
  •  Ability to work cross-functionally and juggle multiple campaigns at once
  •  A genuine passion for the health, fitness or performance space (preferred but not essential)
  •  Experience in eCommerce, lifestyle, or fast-paced consumer-led brands is highly regarded
