About the Role
As ANZ Procurement Manager, you will take full ownership of the regional procurement strategy across direct and indirect categories. Partnering with commercial, supply chain and finance teams, you’ll lead sourcing initiatives that balance cost optimisation with long-term supplier relationships and brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end procurement activities across ANZ for both direct and indirect categories
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with regional and global priorities
  • Lead a small, high performing team
  • Own supplier relationships, including negotiations, contract management and performance reviews
  • Monitor category trends, supplier risk, and cost drivers to deliver year-on-year value
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across supply chain, R&D, and commercial
  • Ensure compliance with group procurement policies and drive process improvements
Skills & Experience
  • Proven procurement experience within FMCG or a similarly fast-paced, product-led environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated success in delivering cost savings and supplier performance improvements
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed and multinational business
  • Exposure to both direct and indirect spend categories preferred
  • Ideally experience in managing small teams
