Christine joined Six Degrees Executive in Melbourne in 2017 and leads Procurement and Finance recruitment across Business-to-Business, Consumer & FMCG, Retail, Government, Healthcare, Education, Services and Property & Construction organisations. She partners with mid-level professionals through to Executive and C-suite leaders across permanent and temporary appointments, and is known for supporting businesses through times of growth, transformation and leadership change.

Christine began her career as a lawyer in New Zealand before moving into executive search, building capability across senior and C-suite appointments for large, listed organisations. Since relocating to Melbourne and joining Six Degrees Executive, she has developed deep expertise in procurement, expanding her remit to include finance.

Her background gives her strong commercial judgement and a structured approach to complex environments. She understands that leadership appointments shape the direction and performance of a business, and works closely with clients to define what capability is truly required to strengthen both immediate delivery and long-term strategy. She values trust, preparation and honest conversations, building partnerships that extend well beyond a single outcome.

Outside of work, Christine is a busy mum who enjoys discovering new restaurants, travelling and expressing her creativity through fashion and design.
