About the role
This strategic communications role partners directly with senior and executive leaders to shape and deliver high-impact communications across internal and external channels. You’ll:
  • Provide advisory and counsel to leaders on communication strategy.
  • Develop and write speeches, leadership messages, articles and presentations.
  • Lead content and planning for town halls, partner meetings and key events.
  • Create thought leadership pieces and opportunities to raise leadership and organisational profile, internally and externally.
  • Support integrated campaigns across internal channels, media, and digital platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure messages are aligned, consistent, and impactful.
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for a seasoned communications professional with experience in professional services, corporate affairs, or a similarly complex environment. You’ll bring:
  • Proven experience partnering with senior and executive leaders.
  • Expertise in executive communications, from speech writing to event support.
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills for multiple audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
  • Confidence navigating fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
