Lauren joined the Six Degrees team in 2019 as Manager of the Not-for-profit, Education and Government team in Melbourne. Lauren personally specialises in the recruitment of Corporate Communications, Policy and Advocacy roles across several industry sectors. With over 10 years of recruitment experience, Lauren brings a great depth of industry experience to the team. 

Lauren’s passion for recruitment was sparked by a case management role in the Job Services sector early in her career - working collaboratively with community services organisations to enhance and support job readiness, and ultimately impact participants lives through employment. This desire to impact lives continued when Lauren moved across into agency recruitment in 2012 whilst in London, supporting professionals with their next career opportunity or hiring new talent for their teams. 

During her recruitment journey in the UK and Australia, Lauren has recruited high profile senior roles for clients such as the Toyota, Colonial First State, Latitude Financial Services, Cushman & Wakefield, Lendlease, University of Melbourne, Monash University, Very Special Kids, and the Heart Foundation. 

As well as gaining great satisfaction in finding the right role for the right candidate, Lauren equally has a passion for training and coaching others, which has led to her building and developing successful teams and recruitment consultants over the years.
