Lauren joined Six Degrees Executive in 2019 and leads the Communications Practice across the For Purpose and Commercial sectors in Victoria. She specialises in Communications, Corporate Affairs, Marketing and Fundraising recruitment, partnering with organisations to appoint strategic, high-impact leaders who shape reputation, growth and stakeholder engagement.

With more than 14 years’ recruitment experience across Australia and the UK, Lauren brings commercial rigour and a genuine commitment to purpose-driven organisations. She has supported appointments across charities, ASX-listed organisations and government bodies, recruiting Heads of Communications, Corporate Affairs Directors, Fundraising leaders and senior Marketing professionals. She understands how leadership in these functions directly influences brand, trust and long-term sustainability.

As a Manager, Lauren plays an active role in developing her team, creating an environment where they feel supported and challenged to grow. She leads with care and accountability, balancing performance expectations with strong internal connection.

Beyond her practice, Lauren leads Six Degrees Executive’s AI Committee, helping shape how technology can improve process, insight and efficiency across the business without compromising 'expertly human' side that sits at the heart of her recruitment style. She is committed to evolving how the team works, strengthening capability and ensuring innovation supports - rather than replaces - meaningful relationships.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys live music, AFL, spending time with family and proudly part of the LGBTQIA+ community, Lauren over anything values authenticity and connection in both her professional and personal life.
