About the Role
The Sales Support Administrator will deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing customers, and provide support to the broader sales team by taking and processing orders. You will draw on a broad knowledge of the product range to review specifications, recommend the most suitable options, and collaborate with colleagues to create solutions that meet technical, commercial and delivery requirements. Your responsibilities will span the full sales process, from preparing quotations and processing orders through to purchase coordination and order fulfilment, ensuring products are delivered on time, on budget and installed correctly. You will maintain accurate records in the CRM and utilise the ERP system to support operations, and build strong, long-term relationships with customers at every stage. There will be some physical demand to this role as you will pick and pack orders on a weekly basis.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate experince supporting sales teams in an administrative or customer service role, and have worked across a diverse customer base of business/commercial customers. Experience with IFS ERP system will be highly regarded, otherwise you must have exposure to a similar system and understand how to utilise this and CRM systems throughout the sales process. You must have strong stakeholder management skills, build relationships easily and have the ability to pick things up quickly, striving to understand the technical aspects of the companies product portfolio.
