Our client is a well-established membership-based organisation that partners with customers across education, health, not-for-profit, and commercial industries. With a strong reputation and growing client base, they are now seeking an Account Manager to support members, strengthen relationships, and contribute to business growth.

About the Role
This role is ideal for someone early in their account management career who is eager to build strong client relationships, support customer needs, and identify opportunities for growth. The Account Manager will work closely with senior leaders, acting as a trusted point of contact for members while ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members and customers
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored support and solutions
  • Assist with identifying opportunities to expand services across existing accounts
  • Respond to day-to-day client queries and help resolve issues quickly
  • Act as the link between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Support account performance tracking, reporting, and CRM updates
  • Collaborate with senior managers on sales strategies and initiatives
  • Provide input from client conversations to help inform business development and marketing activities
About You
The successful candidate will bring strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and an eagerness to grow within account management. You’ll be proactive, organised, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in Account Management (3+ years), Customer service , Sales Support roles. 
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Full Australian Working rights. 
  • Organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with data and CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly regarded)
  • A team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a client-facing role
