Our client is scaling at speed. Their legal tech platform is already trusted by over 200 of the world’s leading brands across retail, FMCG, financial services and consumer goods.  They have proven product-market fit, are well-funded, and are entering a new phase of growth.
Now we’re looking for a Marketing Director to lead the next chapter. Your mission: drive a 30% year-on-year increase in marketing-sourced revenue. To get there, you’ll elevate the brand, sharpen demand generation and acquisition strategies, and create scalable marketing engines that consistently convert.  This isn’t about “ticking the box” on campaigns. It’s about setting direction, experimenting boldly, and building a best-in-class marketing function that fuels predictable growth.
What you’ll be doing
  • Lead and inspire: Own the marketing function end-to-end — strategy, team, operations, and budget. Coach, mentor, and build a high-performing team.
  • Shape go-to-market: Develop brand, demand generation, ABM, and lifecycle programs aligned to our ICP, while ensuring tight alignment with Sales and Product.
  • Build scalable engines: Take ownership of SEO, CRO, and paid acquisition channels to create predictable funnel growth.
  • Refine the journey: Reimagine our digital buyer journey, lead nurturing flows, and attribution model to improve conversions.
  • Content with impact: Create thought leadership and persona-based programs — from articles and guides to webinars and executive roundtables — that position us as the leader in our space.
  • Events that cut through: Deliver conferences and executive events that build brand authority and generate real pipeline.
  • Data-driven marketing: Track campaign performance, lead quality, and revenue attribution, using data to make smarter decisions.
  • Sales alignment: Optimise the hand-off process to SDRs, providing better insights and lifting acceptance of sales leads by 30%+.
What you’ll bring
  • 8+ years in B2B marketing leadership, ideally in SaaS or tech, with bonus points for legal or financial tech exposure.
  • A track record of delivering growth through demand generation and digital-first marketing.
  • Equal comfort with strategy and execution — you can roll up your sleeves one day and present to the board the next.
  • Strong commercial acumen, always tying marketing activity to revenue impact.
  • Ability to partner seamlessly with Sales, Product, and leadership, driving alignment across GTM functions.
  • An adaptable mindset — you thrive in fast-moving environments and bring clarity when priorities shift.
  • Excellent communication skills — you can create compelling narratives and win buy-in across all levels.
  • Bonus: hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, and the ability to use them as revenue drivers, not just reporting tools.
