Sales Administrator

As the Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth running of customer accounts. This role combines administration, coordination, and customer service, providing critical support to both internal teams and external customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and develop in a professional, global environment. This role would particularly suit a first-year Engineering student or business/commerce graduate looking to get their foot in the door with an incredible organisation while building strong industry experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
  • Prepare and process customer quotes, orders, and invoices
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehousing, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and sales data analysis
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring high levels of service
  • Support sales events, promotions, and marketing activities where required
About You
  • Ideally studying Engineering, Business, or a related field (or with strong interest in these industries)
  • Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or similar support role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/ERP systems highly regarded
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
