Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and convert a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across priority markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that support broader growth objectives.
- Partner with internal teams to create tailored customer solutions that add clear commercial value.
- Track market activity and customer insights to refine approach and stay ahead of competitors.
- Deliver accurate reports, forecasts and updates to senior leaders to support strategic decision making.
Skills & Attributes:
- Background in solution-based or consultative sales, ideally with experience selling complex services or national contracts.
- Able to work across multiple stakeholder levels and simplify detailed commercial models.
- Confident, proactive, and independent, but also values teamwork and shared wins.
- Very open to industry experience - can come from Transport/logistics, Food, FMCG, Packaging, Industrial services.
