About the Role
The Marketing Specialist is a generalist role which touches on aspects of digital, but mainly traditional marketing. They will partner with branch managers across the business to implement targeted campaigns and events and manage their own projects from end-to-end. This person will manage social channels with the goal of boosting web traffic and high quality leads and will schedule posts using Sprout Social. The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute events and trade shows, partnering with agencies on collateral as well as utilising their own basic design skills.
About You
You will have prior experience in a junior marketing role and the desire to continue your career as a generalist marketer. You must be able to work in a complex, large scale business and any experience in industrial markets, or experience with franchises will be highly regarded. You must be able to operate autonomously, build strong relationships across the business and handle working in a complex, global structure. Ideally you will have your own transport to split your time between the office and different branches across Sydney.
