Digital Campaign Manager | Global Growth, Strategic Impact We’re on the hunt for a highly organised and results-driven Digital Campaign Manager to join a lean but powerful team driving international digital growth. This role sits at the heart of global marketing strategy, managing multi-channel campaigns, building brand authority, and delivering the kind of digital projects that directly fuel business growth.
Reporting into the Head of Digital, you’ll be stepping into a pivotal position with plenty of visibility, variety, and complexity. From SEO and content leadership to digital PR and acquisition integrations, you’ll shape initiatives that lift rankings, build customer engagement, and strengthen global presence.

Reporting into the Head of Digital, you’ll be stepping into a pivotal position with plenty of visibility, variety, and complexity. From SEO and content leadership to digital PR and acquisition integrations, you’ll shape initiatives that lift rankings, build customer engagement, and strengthen global presence.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering strategic digital projects: new product launches, ecommerce enhancements, tech services (apps, portals), and acquisition clean-up.
- Driving digital PR and thought leadership campaigns that grow brand authority and SEO value.
- Project managing content across case studies, SEO, eDMs, automation campaigns—coordinating agencies, copywriters, and internal teams.
- Owning Google Business Profile (GMB) optimisation across 48+ branches.
- Tackling digital challenges head-on: from Google rankings to paid ads.
- Analysing campaign performance and feeding insights back into strategy.
- Partnering with stakeholders across multiple time zones to keep everything on track.
- 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or digital project management.
- Solid grounding in SEO, content strategy, and digital PR.
- Proven ability to deliver multi-channel digital campaigns and manage complex projects.
- Organisational excellence: balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills—confident engaging at all levels.
- Comfort with project management tools (Asana preferred) and an interest in AI’s impact on digital marketing.
