Our client is a high-growth, consumer-focused brand reshaping how Australians think about health, lifestyle, and convenience. They are now seeking a Head of Creative, Content & Community, a dynamic leader who can unite brand storytelling, social content, and community engagement into one cohesive, compelling strategy.
 
The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to lead the creative heart of a fast-evolving brand. The role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, shaping how the brand shows up across digital, social, influencer, and experiential channels.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll guide a talented internal team and trusted external partners to create content that inspires, engages, and performs. From ideating campaigns to activating influencers and live experiences, you’ll drive the next wave of creativity and connection for this ambitious business.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the creative and content vision across digital, social, influencer, and experiential touchpoints
  • Oversee end-to-end content creation, from concept and production through to optimisation and performance analysis
  • Drive the brand’s social and community strategy, building authentic engagement and cultural relevance
  • Lead influencer and ambassador programs that connect meaningfully with target audiences
  • Partner with creative and production agencies to deliver best-in-class content that delivers results
  • Champion innovation through new formats, AI-enabled creativity, and emerging technologies
  • Design and deliver brand activations and events that build advocacy and brand love
  • Mentor and inspire a small, high-performing creative team while fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and accountability
 
What You Bring
  • 12+ years’ experience in creative, content, or brand leadership, ideally within consumer, lifestyle or FMCG focussed D2C environments
  • Proven ability to craft brand storytelling that drives both emotional connection and commercial performance
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, brand ambassador programmes and emerging trends
  • Hands-on experience managing content production across video, photo, and digital assets
  • Demonstrated success leading internal creative teams and agency partners
  • A passion for culture, creativity, and innovation, ideally with a personal interest in food, wellness, or lifestyle brands
  • A future-focused mindset: AI-literate, curious, and comfortable blending creative flair with business outcomes
