After a decade of strong growth and innovation, they are entering their next phase of expansion, and to support that momentum, they are looking for a CRM & Retention Specialist to help deepen customer engagement, drive repeat purchases, and deliver seamless, personalised experiences across every touchpoint.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the CRM & Retention Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in designing, building, and optimising lifecycle campaigns that connect, convert, and retain. You’ll use data-driven insights, creative thinking, and marketing automation tools to craft journeys that turn first-time buyers into lifelong fans.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, CX, and data teams to bring retention strategy to life, executing multi-channel programs that strengthen loyalty and drive business performance.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and deploy lifecycle campaigns across email, push and SMS using leading CRM tools
  • Manage and optimise automated journeys for onboarding, retention, win-back and churn prevention
  • Execute A/B tests and share insights to continually improve engagement and conversion
  • Use segmentation and personalisation to deliver relevant, high-impact messaging
  • Monitor performance dashboards and report on key retention and lifetime value metrics
What You Bring
  • 2–4 years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing, ideally in e-commerce, subscription or consumer brands
  • Proven ability to deliver results through multi-channel CRM programs
  • Confident working with data and tools such as Customer.io, Google Analytics, BI dashboards, Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent project management skills, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
  • A natural problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
Extra credit if you’ve worked with membership or loyalty programs, or have experience with personalisation, testing, or customer journey optimisation.
