An established and respected Australian speciality retail brand is seeking an experienced State Manager to lead the a region across southern Australia. This organisation is a well loved Austraian icon, going through an exciting time of change, transformation and modernisation. This is a hands-on, people-focused role responsible for driving sales, operational excellence and commercial results across a large network of high performing franchised stores. The business is nationally recognised for its quality, customer service and strong local ownership model. You’ll work closely with franchise partners and store teams to strengthen performance, execute national initiatives and deliver consistent customer experience and profitability.
The role
You’ll provide leadership, coaching and operational support to stores across your region, ensuring delivery of sales targets, compliance standards and business growth objectives. Working in partnership with head office functions, you’ll play a key role in executing strategic programs and supporting the ongoing success of the network.
