The Opportunity
An opportunity now exists for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the night shift operation at their Brisbane site.
This role plays a key part in ensuring output, safety, and quality standards are met while fostering a positive and productive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of operators and leading hands across production lines
  • Ensure all production targets are achieved in line with safety, quality, and efficiency KPIs
  • Manage production schedules, materials, and resources to meet demand
  • Maintain full compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Support audits, training programs, and performance development across the team
About You
  • Experienced Production or Shift Supervisor with a background in FMCG manufacturing – ideally within beverages or food
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams
  • Excellent understanding of production processes, problem-solving, and troubleshooting
  • Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Flexible and reliable, with the ability to adapt to changing operational needs
