Sheldon joined Six Degrees Executive in Brisbane in 2023 and specialises in Engineering & Operations recruitment across Business-to-Business and Consumer & FMCG organisations. He partners with entry-level professionals through to senior operational leaders across permanent appointments.

Beginning his recruitment career within renewable energy and technical software markets, Sheldon developed experience sourcing specialist and hard-to-fill technical roles. At Six Degrees, he works across industrial manufacturing and FMCG organisations throughout Queensland.

Sheldon takes a consultative and detail-oriented approach, ensuring technical capability aligns with operational need and cultural fit. He understands the importance of reliability, pace and accountability within engineering environments and works closely with both clients and candidates to achieve this. Known for his curiosity and problem-solving mindset, Sheldon is committed to strengthening and building long-term partnerships.

Outside of work, he enjoys music, live concerts and collecting physical media.
