Marketing CRM and Data Lead

We’re partnering with a well-known Australian organisation that’s well progressed in its Martech and CRM journey. The core platforms are in place, and the focus has shifted to extracting value, improving data quality, and lifting marketing capability.

This role owns the CRM and Martech stream. You’ll lead a cross-functional squad across Marketing, Data and IT, setting priorities, managing the backlog, and keeping delivery moving. It’s hands-on, practical, and focused on making the current stack work better while preparing for a future move toward Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform.

What you’ll be responsible for
  • Owning the CRM and Martech roadmap, backlog and priorities
  • Leading a delivery squad and managing stakeholders across the business
  • Improving automation, segmentation and personalisation across email and SMS
  • Helping shift marketing from one-off campaigns to planned, always-on journeys
  • Connecting campaign activity to reporting, attribution and insights
  • Keeping current platforms stable while shaping the path to future systems
What we’re looking for
  • Strong, hands-on HubSpot experience
  • Proven Product Owner or Product Manager background in marketing or digital platforms
  • Comfortable working across marketing, data and technical teams
  • Able to balance delivery today with longer-term platform change
  • Experience with Segment, Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure or Power BI is beneficial but not essential
