- Leading the on-site leadership team across production, packaging, quality, and maintenance functions.
 - Setting clear direction and expectations to strengthen culture and performance.
 - Building collaboration between departments and ensuring consistent communication across the site.
 - Lifting operational standards around safety, quality, and reliability.
 - Supporting site efficiency projects and process improvements.
 - Partnering with national functions across Safety, Finance, and Supply Chain to align on systems and priorities.
 - Maintaining a strong floor presence and visible leadership style.
 
- Proven experience in a senior site or operations leadership role within FMCG or food manufacturing.
 - Strong leadership and team development skills with a practical, steady approach.
 - Solid understanding of production systems, maintenance, and quality management.
 - Experience applying Lean or Continuous Improvement methodologies to achieve measurable outcomes.
 - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
 - High level of ownership and accountability with the ability to lead through change.
