What You’ll Be Doing; As our D365 Program Manager, you will:
  • Own the complete program lifecycle—initiation, planning, execution, delivery, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams and implementation partners through complex, high‑visibility workstreams.
  • Drive program vision, planning, governance, and outcomes that align with strategic business objectives.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and executive‑level communications with clarity and confidence.
  • Guide organisational change, uplift business capability, and embed future‑state D365 processes.
What You Bring; We’re looking for someone who brings deep experience and credibility;
  • Demonstrated experience delivering end‑to‑end D365 programs from initiation through to full delivery and adoption.
  • Experience delivering across a range of commercial enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of D365 capabilities across multiple modules or solution areas.
  • Expertise in program governance, change management, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • The ability to bring structure to ambiguity, make decisive progress, and keep teams aligned and focused.
  • A passion for delivering complex transformation that creates measurable enterprise value.
  • Expert vendor management and influencing skills.
