We’re partnering with a purpose-led and growing not-for-profit organisation to recruit two newly created permanent roles within their fundraising team. These roles offer the opportunity to make a real impact while helping shape and grow key fundraising functions.
Grant Development Officer: Permanent | Growth-focused role
This is a newly created role with genuine scope to make an immediate and visible impact. Grant income is at an early stage, and this position will play a key role in significantly increasing funding across trusts and foundations, corporate partners, government funding and major donors as part of an ambitious strategy through to the end of 2026. You’ll own the grants pipeline end to end, from opportunity research and high-quality applications through to compliance, reporting and funder relationships. This role suits someone who enjoys building from the ground up and working in a small, fast-moving environment.
Key experience
Fundraising Coordinator: Permanent | Hands-on delivery role
This is a hands-on role within a small experianced fundraising team, ideal for someone early in their fundraising or marketing career who’s keen to build experience across campaigns, donor engagement, data and community fundraising. You’ll support fundraising activity across appeals, digital campaigns, Giving Day, events and community initiatives, while contributing to donor stewardship, supporter care and campaign delivery.

- 3+ years’ experience in grants, trusts and foundations fundraising (or similar NFP experience)
- Strong track record of writing successful grant applications
- Highly organised with excellent written communication and attention to detail

- Salary Fundraising Coordinator: $75,000–$85,000 + super + NFP salary packaging
