The Opportunity

What You Bring
  • Deep industry experience across the Transport & Logistics market leading sales teams in complex B2B environments
  • A natural mentor who lifts people up developing confidence, professionalism, and performance in those you lead.
  • A strategic mind that balances structure with creativity, data with intuition, and results with relationships.
  • Strong ability to be hands on in the detail - shift between tactical and strategic initiatives with ease
  • Fluency in CRM systems and modern sales processes, along with an appetite for continuous improvement.
