The role of Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. Responsibilities include:
- Documenting SOPs and introducing risk assessments
- Establishing formal inventory controls and cycle counting discipline
- Improving pick efficiency through defined pick paths and layout logic
- Driving practical continuous improvement processes
- Proven experience leading warehouse operations within an SME environment
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and process improvement
- A calm, resilient and pragmatic leadership style
- The ability to coach and up-skill team members
- Experience working within ERP / SAP / WMS systems
