Our client is an established Australian manufacturer and distributor, supplying both domestic and international markets. The role of Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. The role focuses on coordinating warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include:
  • Documenting SOPs and introducing risk assessments
  • Establishing formal inventory controls and cycle counting discipline
  • Improving pick efficiency through defined pick paths and layout logic
  • Driving practical continuous improvement processes
We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience leading warehouse operations within an SME environment
  • Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and process improvement
  • A calm, resilient and pragmatic leadership style
  • The ability to coach and up-skill team members
  • Experience working within ERP / SAP / WMS systems
