Conor joined Six Degrees in 2025 with eight years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics recruitment. 

His unique advantage comes from his early career experience at an Amazon Distribution Centre, where he gained first hand insight into operational processes, efficiency, and industry challenges. This background has enabled him to align candidates with businesses strategically, ensuring the right fit both in skills and culture!

Conor is passionate about fostering long-term success for both clients and candidates, bringing professionalism, efficiency, and integrity to every stage of the recruitment process.

Outside of work, he’s an endurance athlete who has competed in marathons, ultra-marathons, and triathlons - with his sights set on completing an Ironman. He lives by the mantra, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
