Conor joined Six Degrees Executive in Sydney in 2025 and specialises in Supply Chain and Logistics recruitment across Business-to-Business, Consumer & FMCG and Retail organisations. He partners with mid-level professionals through to senior leaders across permanent appointments.
With nearly a decade of recruitment experience, Conor has supported businesses to build high-performing, strategically aligned teams across supply chain functions. His early career experience within an Amazon Distribution Centre gives him practical insight into operational efficiency, process improvement and frontline leadership, enabling him to align candidates with businesses based on both capability and culture.
Conor is known for his consultative and relationship-driven approach to recruitment, helping clients define role scope and long-term team structure, while supporting candidates to build a sustainable career.
Outside of work, Conor is an endurance athlete who has completed multiple marathons, ultra-marathons and triathlons, and is currently training toward an Ironman.
