The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Sales (Melbourne base + travel as required), this is a senior individual contributor role requiring high autonomy, commercial judgement, and proven success in complex 3PL sales.

- New business acquisition: Owning complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through to contract execution
- Consultative enterprise selling: Uncovering customer needs, coordinating compelling commercial proposals with internal stakeholders
- Tender & RFP leadership: Managing end-to-end responses to drive shortlisting and wins
- Commercial accountability: Navigating pricing, margins, risk, and profitable contract terms
- Pipeline mastery: Accurate forecasting and market insights to refine strategy
Target customers: Large, complex enterprise accounts aligned with long-term growth – established retailers scaling ecommerce operations.
What they are Looking For
Essential Experience (5–10+ years):
- Consultative B2B solution sales within logistics, 3PL or closely related industries
- Proven success selling complex, high-value solutions to enterprise/large customers
- End-to-end RFP/tender management experience
- Strong commercial acumen – understanding cost drivers, pricing models, and margin implications
- Experience in tier-one/large-scale logistics organisations
- Exposure to omni-channel retail or ecommerce fulfilment
- Success in fast-growing, mid-sized businesses
