The retail division is entering a significant growth phase, investing in building a local team across brand, product and sales to drive expansion. About the Role

This Brand Manager role will focus on driving the growth of the retail portfolio in Australia, working cross functionally with product development and sales to identify category opportunities and bring new products to market. With a strong commercial and project management focus, you will lead innovation and range extensions across multiple categories, support retailer range reviews and develop compelling presentations to win new business. The role operates at pace, with fast product development cycles and strong exposure to senior stakeholders locally and globally, offering the opportunity to shape the retail strategy as the function continues to scale.

About You

You will bring a background in FMCG Brand roles with a solid understanding of Australian grocery and retail operations, including exposure to major customers such as Coles and Woolworths. You must bring NPD and Project Management experience and ideally have worked on brands where you've driven growth through retail. You are commercially minded, ambitious and comfortable working in a growing business where structure is still evolving, and you are confident taking initiative and building processes from the ground up. Strong stakeholder management, a proactive mindset and the ability to collaborate across global teams will be key, along with flexibility for international travel and a preference for working in an office based environment.
