The Senior Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for designing and delivering targeted marketing strategies that drive measurable value for the organisation and its members.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns that align with organisational priorities while strengthening brand presence and enhancing engagement with members, stakeholders and the wider community.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns that align with organisational priorities while strengthening brand presence and enhancing engagement with members, stakeholders and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with organisational programs and strategic priorities
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including objective setting, audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, channel strategy, scheduling, approvals, budgeting and performance evaluation
- Deliver campaigns that strengthen the organisation’s presence across the profession and the broader community while promoting services, initiatives and member benefits
- Develop targeted campaigns for key audience segments, including early-career professionals, students, industry specialists and senior stakeholders
- Deliver marketing initiatives across a range of channels including events, sponsorships, digital, social media, thought leadership, podcasts, blogs, video and web
- Use data and insights from multiple sources to inform strategy development and connect marketing activity to broader business goals
- Define campaign objectives, commercial outcomes and success measures
- Develop compelling content marketing initiatives aligned with brand positioning, tone of voice and organisational purpose
- Review content and collateral to ensure consistency, clarity and relevance for target audiences
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with brand standards
- Track and measure performance, using data and insights to optimise campaigns and inform future strategy
- Act as a brand champion, ensuring consistent visual and verbal brand expression across all marketing activity
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- 6–10 years’ experience developing and delivering strategic marketing campaigns end to end, ideally within B2B or professional services environments (e.g. legal, financial services, consulting or similar)
- Proven ability to develop integrated, multi-channel campaigns and measure performance through data, insights and ROI reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working across complex organisations and engaging senior stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling content across multiple channels
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, sound strategic judgement and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, adaptable and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement curious mindset
