Digital Performance Manager
The Client
Our client, an Australian retailer, is looking for a commercially minded Performance Manager to lead and optimise their performance channels for a 12 to 18mth contract ideally with immediate start. This is a hands-on role focused on driving growth, bringing high-quality traffic to site, improving customer experience and lifting conversion across key digital channels. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and broader team, you’ll shape and execute campaigns that deliver strong commercial outcomes while staying aligned to brand and business objectives.
The Opportunity
Day-to-day management and execution across Google Ads campaigns, product feeds including ongoing optimisation and testing, programmatic activity across display, native and CTV, and affiliate channels with a focus on media planning, budget allocation and performance optimisation.

Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless customer experience across all digital channels
- Partner with the Digital Manager and wider team on budgets, forecasts and roadmap planning
- Collaborate on content planning across lookbooks, blogs, webpages and product collections
- Work with ecommerce to optimise onsite experience and maximise conversion from campaigns
- Leverage CRM and customer data to inform digital strategy
- Track and report on performance, measuring ROI and identifying growth opportunities
- Stay across digital and ecommerce trends, bringing relevant ideas to the business
- Manage agency partners to deliver against objectives and budgets
- Support and contribute to key projects
- Strong experience in performance within retail or e-commerce environment
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of marketing performance and growth
- Data driven with the ability to translate insights into action
- Comfortable working in fast paced, high volume environments
