State Contracting Lead
Jo joined Six Degrees Executive in 2008 and is the State Contracting Lead in Melbourne, leading the growth of Six Degrees’ contracting, interim and fixed-term recruitment capability across Victoria.
Originally a marketer, Jo has spent close to two decades in recruitment and continues to personally recruit senior contract, interim and fixed-term talent across Marketing, Digital and eCommerce. She works with clients across retail, FMCG and consumer, services, B2B and education, supporting businesses through parental leave, transformation, project delivery, specialist capability gaps, urgent hiring needs and periods of change.
As State Contracting Lead, Jo works across all Six Degrees specialist disciplines in Victoria, partnering with consultants and clients across Marketing, Digital, Technology, Accounting & Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Operations and other specialist functions. She helps businesses understand where contracting can provide a faster, more flexible solution to their talent needs.
Jo’s marketing background gives her a practical understanding of how Marketing, Digital and eCommerce teams are structured and how capability needs continue to evolve. With a strong network across the Melbourne market, she remains hands-on with senior client relationships and contract recruitment while also leading the broader Victorian contracting strategy.
Outside of work, Jo is known for her competitive spirit, having completed multiple endurance events, and is a proud mum of two.
