About the role

This is a genuinely impactful role that sits at the centre of the business. You will own and lead the global IBP process, bringing together demand, supply, financial and strategic plans to ensure the business is aligned and making the right decisions.

It’s a role that blends structure with influence and will working closely with senior stakeholders to drive clarity, consistency and forward visibility across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Own and evolve the global IBP framework, building capabilty across the region
  • Assess, select and support the implementation of a new global planning tool
  • Consolidate risks, opportunities and scenarios to support executive decision-making
  • Identify and deliver improvements across systems, data and overall planning maturity
Skills & Experience

This role will suit someone who has led IBP/S&OP transformation in a complex, fast-moving environment and enjoys sitting at that intersection of commercial and operations. You’ll likely bring experience a fast-paced manufacturing sector, along with exposure to an international supply chain. A proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment will be key, along with experience with planning systems selection and implementation. 

Initial engagement would be on an interim basis, to help shape how the business plans, aligns and executes, yet I would also be keen to talk to relevant profiles who would be interested in a longer term opportunity which will become available in future.
