We’re partnering with a high-profile, experience-led organisation behind one of Australia’s most iconic sporting and event precincts. With a strong focus on innovation, commercial growth and world-class customer experiences, they’re investing in how their precinct, products and events evolve.  This is a 6mth contract / consutling role so you need to be available to start ASAP.

About the Role
This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the product strategy across a major events precinct, including experiences and food & beverage.
You will:
  • Own the product vision, roadmap and lifecycle across precinct experiences
  • Define commercial models, pricing and product positioning to drive revenue and profitability
  • Use customer, market and performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimise experiences
  • Design products that attract, engage and diversify audiences across key events
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, operations, digital and customer teams
  • Drive attendance, engagement and repeat visitation through compelling product experiences
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, presenting strategy, insights and recommendations at executive level
About You
You’re a senior product / commercial leader with experience across major events, venues, hospitality or large-scale customer experiences. You bring a strong commercial lens, know how to build and optimise product portfolios, and can translate customer insight into tangible, revenue-driving experiences. You’re confident operating at C-suite level, influencing across functions and leading teams through delivery in complex, fast-paced environments and have exceptional project management skills.
