About the Role
As Ecommerce Specialist, you’ll sit at the centre of the brand’s digital flagship, owning the end-to-end online store experience and ensuring it is always commercially optimised, culturally relevant, and ready for high-impact product moments.
You’ll be responsible for trading and merchandising the site day-to-day, building engaging digital experiences, and translating product drops, sporting moments, and cultural trends into seamless onsite activations.
This is a hands-on role where you will take full ownership of the ecommerce trade and content calendar, ensuring evergreen ranges, seasonal launches, and high-heat drops are executed with precision and commercial intent.

Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the ecommerce trade and content calendar across evergreen, seasonal, and campaign activity
- Leading onsite merchandising, site architecture, and product sequencing to maximise conversion and revenue
- Managing PDP content, SEO copy, and onsite storytelling to enhance engagement and discoverability
- Translating sporting moments, cultural trends, and product drops into timely onsite activations
- Building and launching landing pages and campaign hubs across key trading moments
- Using Shopify and GA4 insights to identify friction points and drive CRO improvements
- Supporting digital marketing execution across email, paid media, and lifecycle channels
- Managing the delivery of creative assets and coordinating with internal and external partners
- Owning ecommerce performance reporting and translating insights into actionable trading decisions
About You
You are a ecommerce specialist ready to step into a broader, more commercially influential role. You’re equally comfortable working in the detail of onsite execution as you are thinking about the bigger commercial picture.
You’ll bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or online retail
- Experience within fashion, lifestyle, sport, or culturally driven brands (preferred)
- Strong hands-on capability with Shopify (or similar ecommerce platforms)
- Solid understanding of trading, merchandising, and conversion optimisation
- Exposure to analytics tools such as GA4 and ecommerce reporting dashboards
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of revenue drivers and customer behaviour
- Confidence working across both creative execution and commercial outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to move quickly and take ownership
