We’re partnering with a well established national brand within the health and wellness industry to appoint a commercially minded Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of growth and brand evolution.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with significant scale, a strong existing customer base, and the chance to shape both brand and commercial performance across a large multi site network.
Reporting into the executive leadership team, you’ll lead integrated marketing strategy across brand, digital, CRM, acquisition, local area marketing and customer engagement, while managing a high performing team and agency ecosystem.
We’re looking for a modern marketing leader who combines strong brand thinking with sharp commercial acumen and a deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention and performance marketing.
Key areas of focus include:
• Leading full funnel marketing strategy across paid, owned and earned channels
• Driving customer growth, lead generation and conversion performance
• Building brand relevance and differentiation in a competitive consumer market
• Leading digital, social, CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives
• Managing significant marketing budgets with clear commercial accountability
• Partnering cross functionally with operations, sales and executive stakeholders
• Building and mentoring a high performing marketing team
• Leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency
Ideal background:
• 10+ years’ senior marketing experience within consumer, retail, hospitality, fitness, lifestyle or multi site businesses
• Proven success driving revenue, membership or customer growth
• Strong digital and performance marketing capability
• Experience balancing national brand strategy with local execution
• Commercially astute with strong stakeholder management skills
• Confident leading through growth and transformation environments
