The Role of S&OP Manager will be responsible for driving cross-functional alignment across Demand, Supply, Inventory, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance to support effective decision making and improved business performance. Leading the monthly S&OP cycle, you will facilitate planning forums across Demand, Supply and Product Lifecycle, ensuring risks, constraints, opportunities and trade-offs are identified, quantified and escalated where required. You will play a critical role in balancing customer service, inventory, operational capability and commercial priorities whilst supporting strategic growth objectives.

A key focus of the position will be the ongoing transformation and maturity uplift of current S&OP capabilities, including improvements across forecasting, analytics, reporting, process standardisation and the transition toward Integrated Business Planning.

We're looking for
  • Proven experience leading S&OP or IBP processes within a complex FMCG, retail, manufacturing or supply chain environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability across operational, commercial and executive teams
  • Demonstrated success driving process improvement, planning transformation and business change initiatives
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights
  • Advanced systems capability across planning tools, Excel, Power BI and SQL
  • Commercially astute with the ability to balance operational performance with financial outcomes
  • Resilient, adaptable and capable of operating effectively within a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • A collaborative leader who can build alignment across multiple functions and priorities
