Key Responsibilities
As the Sales Coordinator, you will provide critical support to the sales team by managing customer orders, maintaining accurate product and account information, coordinating retailer submissions and delivering timely sales reporting and analysis. You will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring enquiries are resolved efficiently and business processes run smoothly. The role also includes supporting sales presentations, forecasting activities, trade events and general account administration across a portfolio of major retail customers.

Skills & Experience
You will have experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support/ Administration role, ideally within consumer products, retail, wholesale or FMCG environments. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, experience working with ERP systems and confidence communicating with customers and internal stakeholders will be highly regarded. Most importantly, you will be a proactive team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

**Please note - this role is a 12 month FTC until June 2027, with view for permnancy**
