- Develop scalable operational strategies, frameworks and governance processes.
- Build, coach and develop high-performing operational leaders and teams.

- Strengthen operational risk, compliance and governance frameworks within a regulated financial services environment.
- Establish meaningful performance metrics and reporting to drive accountability and informed decision-making.
- Partner closely with the commercial leadership team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Support strategic growth initiatives, new product implementation and business transformation projects.
