Senior Digital Product Manager

A leading Australian energy retailer is embarking on a major digital transformation and is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the team through to March 2027.  This is a high-impact opportunity to take ownership of critical digital sales and customer journeys while working alongside senior business, technology and delivery leaders. You'll play a key role in ensuring new digital capabilities are customer-centric, compliant and ready for launch.

In this role you will
  • Own the end to end digital product experience across website, mobile app, telesales and broker channels
  • Lead product decisions across a large transformation program, balancing customer, commercial and regulatory requirements
  • Drive end to end testing, launch readiness and business sign-off for new digital capabilities
  • Oversee the onboarding of 12 to 14 broker partners into the new platform
  • Lead product decisions across customer data and analytics, working with technologies including Segment and Databricks
  • Manage regulatory change requests and ensure compliance is embedded throughout the customer journey
  • Partner with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Digital, Sales and Compliance to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Coach and support Product Managers while helping shape the future product operating model
What we are looking for
  • Senior product ownership experience and strong knowledge of product craft
  • Experience taking ownership of complex digital sales or acquisition journeys
  • Strong end-to-end testing, UAT or launch-readiness experience
  • Experience working within a regulated or compliance-heavy environment
  • Confidence challenging senior delivery stakeholders constructively
  • Mobile app, customer portal and broader digital channel experience
  • Strong stakeholder leadership across business and technology teams
