We're after a Workato specialist to own and grow the integration backbone connecting a wide range of enterprise systems — REST APIs, SOAP/XML, flat files, databases, webhooks, the lot. You'll be the person who turns "can these two platforms talk?" into "already sorted."
What you'll actually be doing
You won't be stuck maintaining someone else's mess. You'll have real input into how the integration landscape is built and improved — not just told what to fix.
AI isn't a buzzword here. As the organisation leans further into automation and AI-driven initiatives, you'll be one of the people shaping how that actually gets used — a genuinely useful thing to have on your CV as this space keeps growing.
Autonomy, with backup. You'll be trusted to work independently and drive things to completion, without being left to fend for yourself when it matters.
Variety that keeps things interesting. One day you're deep in root cause analysis on a production issue, the next you're in architecture discussions shaping what comes next. BAU and genuine project work, properly balanced.

What you'll bring
- Workato Foundation certifications (Levels 1 and 2)
- A solid grasp of integration patterns and best practice — cloud, on-prem, and everything in between
- Sharp troubleshooting instincts and a genuine appetite for solving the tricky stuff
- Comfort with production support and incident management
- A working understanding of API security, authentication, and error handling
- Experience with AI integrations or Generative AI platforms
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, Finance or HR system integrations
- SQL and relational database chops
- Azure, AWS, or other cloud integration experience
- Familiarity with API management platforms
