David joined Six Degrees Executive in 2020 and leads the Operations practice in Melbourne. With over 10 years’ recruitment experience across Australia and Europe, he specialises in senior Operations and Manufacturing appointments within FMCG and industrial industry. His focus is on connecting critical leaders to complex, high-performing production and processing businesses.

David partners closely with organisations to appoint GM Operations, Operations Directors, Site and Plant Managers, Manufacturing Managers and senior Production leaders who drive transformation, uplift performance and lead sustainable cultural change.

Since stepping into a leadership role at Six Degrees, David has taken responsibility for building and developing the Operations team while continuing to deliver senior searches. David’s approach is research-led and relationship-driven, supported by a well-established network of operational leaders. He is known for providing informed market insight and benchmarking, enabling clients to make confident, strategic decisions.

Outside of work, David enjoys running, sport and spending time with family, recently embracing life as a new dad.
