After confirming the placement, the assignment manager responsible for approving the candidate's timesheets will receive an email to access our user-friendly online payroll and timesheet system called "Astute". Within this system, the candidate will complete their weekly timesheets for your approval.

Fixed-term contracts have a defined duration, while on-hire contracts are indefinite and can be terminated with notice.

Yes, successful contracting candidates, otherwise known as 'on-hire' employees, are hired by us.  We invoice you, the company, on a weekly basis and the on-hire employee is also paid weekly.

Every individual represented by Six Degrees Executive has had a personal meeting with one of our skilled recruiters. We take the time to talk about their experience, qualifications, accomplishments as well as their career aspirations and goals.

The time it takes to fill contracting roles can vary depending on the specificity of the requirements and the efficiency of your internal process. Typically, we are able to fill these roles within a timeframe of 24 to 72 hours.

“Total Charge Rate” is a rate inclusive of candidate base + super, taxes, workers comp, insurance and agency margin. There is no “upfront fee”, as everything is rolled into one outgoing cost for you.
