About the Job
We are working with a well-established boutique creative agency that has been operating successfully for over a decade. The agency is currently undergoing a leadership transition and is seeking a dynamic Managing Director to lead a strategic and commercial reset. This is a critical inflection point for the business, requiring a leader who can provide clear direction, reinvigorate growth, and strengthen the agency’s position in the market.

Key Responsibilities
The Managing Director will be responsible for driving both strategic vision and day-to-day operations. This includes leading revenue growth initiatives, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering operational improvements across the business. You will oversee financial performance, inspire creative and account teams, and serve as a key figure in representing the agency to clients and the broader industry.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a senior leader with deep experience in the creative or digital agency space. You should have a strong track record of business development, with a history of delivering consistent revenue growth. A minimum of ten years in a senior leadership role is required, along with a well-established network within the marketing and creative sectors.
The ideal candidate will bring entrepreneurial energy, strong strategic thinking, and outstanding relationship management skills. Financial acumen, team leadership, and a credible presence in the industry are essential. This role is best suited to someone who thrives in transformational environments and has a reputation for rebuilding momentum and delivering measurable impact.
Candidates with purely operational backgrounds, limited client-facing experience, or a history of short tenures will not be considered.
