The Opportunity

newly created role for a Head of Marketing – APAC offers the opportunity to lead and shape the regional marketing strategy for a leading player in the health tech industry. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement, ultimately supporting sales teams to meet and exceed company growth targets. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, including global marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure alignment and success across all initiatives.  As the Head of Marketing for the APAC region, you will have the freedom and responsibility to build a robust marketing strategy that resonates with local audiences, while staying aligned with the company’s global vision and objectives. You’ll also lead a growing team and will be instrumental in optimizing the regional marketing mix.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a dynamic regional marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and market opportunities. Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure the strategy is effectively tailored for the APAC region.
  • Brand Development & Execution: Oversee and enhance the regional brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Lead content creation, ensuring that messaging speaks to local needs while maintaining alignment with global standards.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Drive the regional go-to-market strategies for both core products and value-added solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline for both cloud and on-premise solutions, utilizing the latest marketing tools and techniques.
  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with the Customer Success Team to develop engaging content, customer-centric webinars, and other resources to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and engagement.
  • Event Management & Lead Generation: Plan and execute high-ROI marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, and customer workshops, designed to increase brand awareness and drive demand. You will be expected to evaluate the effectiveness of these events in meeting business goals and adjust accordingly.
  • Marketing Optimization: Monitor and optimize marketing campaign performance across various channels, using data-driven insights to continually improve strategies. Ensure all campaigns are delivering value and supporting broader company growth initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and growth. Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance, ensuring team members exceed KPIs and deliver exceptional marketing outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in marketing leadership, with a strong focus on demand generation, customer acquisition, and revenue operations.  Advantageous to have a background in B2B health, technology, or SaaS industries.
  • Proven Success: A proven track record of delivering measurable marketing outcomes, including significant increases in lead generation, sales pipeline growth, and customer acquisition.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to lead teams, collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and digital teams, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Expertise: A strong analytical mindset, capable of measuring, analyzing, and optimizing marketing performance to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Adaptability & Agility: Experience working in fast-paced environments, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate marketing strategies, performance metrics, and results to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
