We’re partnering with a fast-growing, category-pioneering skincare brand that is expanding its savvy Ecommerce team. This is not a first hire, you’ll be joining a high-performance team reporting into the newly promoted Senior Ecommerce Manager, helping drive accelerated international growth across the US, UK, Australia, and Canada.

If you’re an up-and-coming Ecommerce professional (trained in Ecommerce Equation ideally) who’s passionate about data, performance marketing, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience, this role is for you.

What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Leading end-to-end ecommerce campaign management, including large-scale consumer sales events and ongoing digital activations
  • Executing and optimising paid advertising internationally on Meta, TikTok & Google with the support of industry-leading agencies, ensuring strong ROI and performance metrics
  • Managing email marketing and CRM programs using Klaviyo, driving retention via loyalty, subscription, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Overseeing the ecommerce platform including Shopify, subscription, loyalty, and reviews tech, ensuring the site is optimised and aligned with brand standards
  • Collaborating with Brand, Marketing, Creative teams, and external partners to develop data-driven content and paid media strategies that align with the latest ecommerce trends
  • Leveraging data analytics to continuously improve KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, retention, and customer acquisition
 
What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in ecommerce or digital marketing
  • Proven success managing paid media budgets, preferably across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM tools and Shopify platform management
  • A data-obsessed, strategic thinker who loves dashboards and uses insights to optimise campaigns and customer journeys
  • Comfortable working autonomously within a fast-paced, growth-focused DTC environment
  • Collaborative, curious, and a passionate team player who thrives in a high-performing culture
  • Ideally, some familiarity with Ecommerce Equation coaching or a strong desire to be coached, even better if trained and coached in Ecommerce Equation methodology or another Ecommerce coaching program.
