Role Overview:
This is a technical and customer-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients in the construction and software sectors. The Fabrication Account Manager will support fabricators in the adoption and optimisation of construction software and systems. You’ll deliver high-impact training, provide expert advice, and play a key role in building long-term loyalty to the brand’s software and services.
You’ll be based in Melbourne and report to the Regional Manager, working closely with internal software, engineering, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver software support and technical services to fabricators across your territory.
- Conduct on-site visits to provide training and system support.
- Support fabricators with plant management, installation, and system updates.
- Identify needs and gather feedback to improve the software and customer experience.
- Partner with internal development teams on software enhancements and pre-release testing.
- Assist in the onboarding and retention of fabricators through tailored service and strategy.
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports through the company’s CRM platform.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to grasp complex systems and software quickly.
- Building or construction knowledge highly regarded.
- Comfortable working hands-on with customers in a field-based environment.
- Experience training or onboarding clients with software platforms is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Self-driven, organised and confident managing your own schedule.
