About The Role:
Reporting into the Partnerships and Content Manager, The Partnerships Lead will play a key role in driving strategic partnerships that elevate BIG4's brand, fuel business growth, and enhance the overall guest experience. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of partnerships across key sectors, identifying, negotiating, and nurturing relationships that deliver mutual value and are aligned with BIG4’s brand values. This role primarily focuses on managing a portfolio of business-to-consumer (B2C) partnerships while also overseeing a select group of business-to-business (B2B) partners who provide strategic value to BIG4 Parks and the broader organisation. You will develop a deep understanding of each partner’s objectives and work cross-functionally across the business to identify shared opportunities and deliver impactful outcomes. As the key point of contact for all partners, you’ll ensure effective delivery, ongoing engagement, and compliance with all contractual commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Partnerships and Content Manager to identify, design, develop and leverage partnerships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Lead the delivery of all benefits offered by BIG4 in accordance with contractual obligations including but not limited to; ideation, campaign management, briefing and reporting.
- Facilitate strategic and creative ideation with team members to create bespoke Partnership campaigns, activations and content opportunities.
- Collate and present creative concepts to partners.
- Design and implement activation plans that bring partnerships to life, work in conjunction with the BIG4 Marketing Calendar and deliver measurable impact.
- Liaise with relevant BIG4 departments to support delivery of benefits in accordance with BIG4 activity.
- Liaise with partners to ensure creative assets are briefed in and received in a timely manner.
- Build and deliver partner benefits/assets through BIG4, including but not limited to; EDMs, website landing pages, banners etc.
- Day to day account management with partners
- Research, identify and build relationships with prospective partners.
- Develop pitch documents and proposals and assist in presentations to prospective partners
- Prepare analysis and regular reporting to measure effectiveness of partnership terms to support renewals activity.
- 3+ years' experience in Partnerships, Account Management and Marketing within tourism, hospitality, sports or media
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or related degree is desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A good understanding of fundamental marketing and digital communications
- Experience in coordinating and facilitating marketing activities
- Experience in partnership activations and contractual fulfilment
- Strong stakeholder and account management skills
- Ability to develop quality presentations, reports and pitch documents
- Highly organised, self motivated
- Can work autonomously as well as effectively collaborate as a team
- Passionate about the Australian tourism industry
