About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, this role sits within a collaborative and high-performing marketing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a lead role in managing our client’s website and broader digital presence, with a strong focus on UX, accessibility, content quality, analytics and ongoing optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update website content via WordPress, ensuring accuracy, structure, SEO and visual appeal.
  • Lead continuous improvement of site functionality and structure, including the optimisation of user journeys.
  • Track and report on key web KPIs including traffic, bounce rate, engagement, conversion and form completions.
  • Support the planning and coordination of web-related projects and improvements.
  • Able to adapt language and communication style to suit the technical understanding and needs of different stakeholders,
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope and develop new content areas, landing pages and key user flows.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a website using a CMS, ideally WordPress
  • Experience with web project coordination and working with developers or agencies
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail, particularly in structuring and reviewing content
  • Ability to interpret data and provide insights to inform digital improvements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Skilled in managing competing priorities and coordination of project timelines and approvals
