As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of marketing activity across our owned venues, ensuring consistent brand awareness, lead generation, and content that reflects each venue’s unique identity. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our marketing strategy, mentoring junior team members, and driving growth through innovative campaigns and strong stakeholder collaboration.

About the Role
As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of marketing activity across our owned venues, ensuring consistent brand awareness, lead generation, and content that reflects each venue’s unique identity. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our marketing strategy, mentoring junior team members, and driving growth through innovative campaigns and strong stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the annual marketing plan and collaborate with the Head of Marketing to shape and deliver the marketing strategy.
- Oversee agency outputs and internal resources (paid social, content, organic social, SEO) and manage creative briefing and copywriting with an authentic, engaging tone.
- Develop and execute PR and influencer strategies, including partnerships
- Approve and develop campaign collateral for organic, paid, and EDM channels and maintain brand and tone consistency across all venues.
- Mentor and lead a part-time content creator and digital marketing executive.
- Provide quarterly marketing reports for each non-leased venue.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in marketing and communications, ideally within hospitality, tourism, and/or entertainment.
- Demonstrated hands-on copywriting ability.
- Strong leadership skills with a confident communication style.
- Comfortable working independently on campaign delivery.
- Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
