Our client is a forward-thinking engineering & manufacturing business, that are on an exciting journey with significant growth opportunity in NSW. Specialising in waste management and resource recovery solutions, they offer a cradle-grave service, from design and build through to installation and aftersales, supporting a diverse customer base across Australia and New Zealand.
The role of Service Centre Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day performance and commercial management of the NSW Service Centre. Managing a growing team of capable technicians, you will oversee scheduling, workflow, and service delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes and strong turnaround times. As the key point of escalation for regional customer accounts, your focus will be on service excellence and operational efficiency.
We are looking for a hands-on leader with a strong background in service operations, ideally from a technical trade such as mechanical, electrical or HVAC. You’ll bring a solid understanding of scheduling, despatch, repair workflows, and asset management, coupled with proven experience managing P&L and the ability to confidently engage with customers and suppliers. A practical understanding of equipment and machinery is essential, along with a commercial mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
